Members wishing to pitch approved nonprofits can put their name and the nonprofit “in the fishbowl” at the next upcoming meeting. Three nonprofits are drawn at random. The nominating members will present their nonprofit. Members will vote and the nonprofit with the majority vote is the recipient of the group’s donations.
Eligibility Requirements: 501(c)(3), serving La Plata County for at least three years.
